We are Alessandro and Samantha and we look forward to meeting you over the coming days, weeks and months. 

Our goal is to bring together the best parts of both our cultures and the very best of both Italian and Australian ingredients 

Our house made dough rests for 24-36 hours which contributes to its natural flavours and a lighter bite! 

We have a diverse menu catering to every pizza lovers favourite.
